A stone massage therapy session promotes deep muscle relaxation through the placement of smooth, gently heated stones at key points on the body. This treatment incorporates a customized massage, with the use of warm stones to offer relaxation and ease tension. 
This form of complementary therapy uses reflexology to focus on lymphatic reflexes on the feet. The aim is to stimulate and cause an effect on the Lymphatic System within the body in order to encourage the flow of lymph fluid. Oedema (swelling) is a long-term condition that causes the tissues within the body to swell. It occurs most commonly in the arms and legs and is the result of excess fluid in the tissues, possibly due to illness or reduced mobility, which is not drained by the Lymphatic System properly. This treatment will not only bring a sense of relaxation and stimulation to your being but will also help to reduce excess fluid build-up thereby making you feel more comfortable and increasing mobility.


Individual or group setting - Meditation has been proven to ease stress, improve metabolism, reduce pain, lower blood pressure and enhance brain function. During your meditation you will remain fully clothed and invited to relax in a chair. This is a vigorous massage for the feet and lower legs all the way up to and including, the knees. Various points on the feet and legs are kneaded, stretched, massaged and pressed by using the thumbs, knuckles and a traditional foot massage stick. This form of massage originated in Thailand about 2000 years ago, and contains elements of Reflexology, Shiatsu, Yoga and Tui Na (Chinese massage). The benefits are that it may help you to rebalance your body and mind, eliminate wastes and toxins from the body and invigorate you both mentally and physically. ​

Group setting or one-two-one therapy - A Sound Bath is a powerful holistic healing therapy that can induce deep restorative, relaxation whilst at the same time be energising and rejuvenating. The use of different sounds such as gong, drum and singing bowl can also help to alleviate anxiety, stress or depression, creating a feeling of peace and calm. Participants are invited to relax while the therapeutic sounds bathe the whole body affecting the physical, emotional and spiritual being.
